How do you become a Technical Project Manager?
Trilogy Education helps companies meet the rising demand for tech talent by partnering with the world’s leading universities to prepare students for careers in Technical Project Management (TPM).
TPMs are in high demand. A hybrid role encompassing both technical and leadership skills, TPMs are critical to the conception, development and execution of software development projects.
In Trilogy’s TPM boot camp, students learn the most commonly used Software Development Life Cycle methodologies. They are responsible for coordinating the scope, budget, schedule, resources, documentation and other items required to achieve technology project objectives. They also learn how to balance their technical capabilities with soft skills such as leadership, time management, and big-picture thinking.
